Customers who purchased before 12/26/24: Your subscription was imported to our new system and will not automatically renew. However, if you do reactivate your subscription, from that point on it will be set to auto renew.
Customers who purchased on or after 12/26/24: Yes, we do automatically renew subscriptions.
Our system will send out two notices prior to the renewal to alert you.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, it is easy to do within the app. Just log in and choose Account > Manage Subscription and follow instructions there. See here for more detail.
If you do not anticipate using the product again, you may want to consider deleting your family data first, which you can do from the family overview page after logging in.
